This book is based on an installation project with which I worked at the National Art Academy in Oslo during the fall of 1990. The project included several installations in which I used live animals. I approached these animals, most from Latin America and Mexico, from different subjective and formal standpoints, working with word constellations touching upon concepts such as sentimentality, infantility and identity.
