This feeling is making no sound er et prosjekt som tar for seg følelsen av stillhet. Gjennom stille fotografiske observasjoner av hverdagslige elementer stilles spørsmål uten å gi konkrete svar. Stillhet undersøkes og det prøves å forstå hva den kan være. Hvordan føles den? Er det sjeldnere at den oppstår, nå som vi har så mange digitale distraksjoner rundt oss hele tiden? Ved å gå nært på og abstrahere hverdagslige elementer på denne måten, er hensikten å formidle en form for tilstedeværelse. Gjenstander som kanskje blir glemt eller oversett, som kan føles litt forlatte eller skjulte.

is a project that explores the feeling of silence. Through quiet photographic observations of everyday elements, questions are raised without providing concrete answers. Silence is investigated and its nature is explored. What does it feel like? Is it becoming rarer now that we are surrounded by so many digital distractions all the time? By getting close and abstracting everyday elements in this way, the intention is to convey a form of presence. Objects that might be forgotten or overlooked, that may feel a bit neglected or hidden.
